Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. plus flour
  • Steps:
  • Beat eggs, add milk, baking powder, salt and pepper - mix in bowl.
  • Add 1/2 cup of flour, mix add enough flour to make the batter thick.
  • Drop in boiling soup by teaspoons full.
  • Before adding dumplings make sure your spoon has been dipped into the soup.
  • Makes it easier for dropping mixture into soup
