Ingredients:
  • Corn on the cob, as many as desired
  • 5 gallon pail of fresh or salted cold water
  • Butter
  • Salt

  • Steps:
  • Place the corn directly on a hot covered grill over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally. Husks will be blackened, corn will caramelize.
  • Peel back husks and use for a handle.
  • Slather with butter, salt to your liking, enjoy.
