1 cup chopped canned crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
4 tablespoons Habanero Sauce
1 small white onion, diced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
Steps:
Combine pineapple, habanero sauce, onion, lime juice, salt in a blender and puree until smooth. Fold in cilantro. Let sit for an hour or so to meld the flavors.
Refrigerate any leftover sauce.
