Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 long loaf of French or Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 ripe tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 8 oz of Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb Italian Salami, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb boiled ham, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb provolone cheese, thinly sliced
  • 6 dill pickles thinly sliced long
  • lettuce
  • 1/2 jar of banana peppers

  • Steps:
  • Slice loaf of bread in half lengthwise & spread both sides with mayonnaise. Layer bottom half of loaf with tomatoes, prosciutto, salami, cheddar, ham, provolone and pickles. Top with lettuce and banana peppers. Squirt desired amount of Italian dressing over all and cover with top half, press down firmly. May add, salt, pepper, garlic.
