1-1/4 Cups Boiling water1 Cup Quick-cooking Oats1 Stick Margarine Or Butter1 Cup Brown Sugar1 Cup White Sugar2 Eggs (beaten)1 Tsp Vanilla1-1/3 Cups Sifted Flour1 Tsp Baking Soda1 Tsp CinnamonTOPPING (Have Ready when Cake is done)1 Stick Margarine or Butter3/4 Cup Brown Sugar3 TBLS Milk1 Cup Coconut3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans. Add more its ok. Chop them fine!!
Pour boiling water over oats and margarine/butterLet stand 20 Minutes.Stir in 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1 Cup White Sugar, 2 eggs beaten, Vanilla, Baking soda, Cinnamon and Flour.Mix well and pour into greased & Floured 9x12x2 pan (Or 9x13)Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 Minutes or until done.
TOPPING Have ready when cake is done!Melt Margarine.Stir in Brown Sugar, Milk, Coconut and Pecans.Put on cake and Broil until Light Brown.
