Separate eggs and add 6 egg yolks, lemon rind, flour and baking powder.
Fold in whites of 6 eggs (beaten stiff).
Pour into a greased and floured aluminum pan (11 x 14).
Bake at 325 for 30-35 min. or until top is set and golden.
Cool & cut into shapes such as diamonds or crescents.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
