Comments: "Question. Do we bake it raw, or do we cook it a little then bake it?
" - leleaka "Good recipe, but I used herb pork seasoning, salt and pepper, also I mixed the olive oil with bread crumbs
then baked." - Caroline R. "The chops are prepared raw, then baked in the oven." - Steve Tyminski "I used thick chops stuffed them with cornbread stuffing, then followed your recipe and baked for an hour....yummy!!!" - Linda from Kalamazoo "Try lightly browning them in oil and put them on a rack on a cookie sheet in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes. Crispy and delicious. Kids will love them. ProChef" - anonymous
