1 pkg yellow cake mix
4 cups rhubarb,cut up
1 cup granulated sugar
1 sm pkg strawberry jello
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
Steps:
Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
Put batter in greased 9x13 pan.
Combine rhubarb and sugar and spread on top of cake batter.
Then sprinkle the dry jello over the rhubarb.
Mix the brown sugar,margarine and flour and sprinkle over the top.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Serve either warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream or just plain/This is so good.
I have tried it and you wouldn't believe that there is rhubarb in this.
