1/2 cup minced onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup butter
1/2 Tbsp sage
1 Tbsp thyme
1 tsp spike or salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cup soft bread cubes
1 can mushrooms
1 can water chesnuts
1/2 cup wild Rice (cook & set aside)
Steps:
Saute onions & celery in butter.
Remove from heat & stir in seasonings
Add 1 cup of bread cubes. Mix.
Add remaining ingredients & toss.
If dry, add mushroom or water chesnut liquid.
Stuff turkey just before baking.
