1 lb swiss cheese
1 pkg hash brown potatoes frozen
1 small container heavy whipping cream
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper and seasoning salt to taste
Heat oven to 350.
Melt butter in baking dish with lid.
Put half potatoes in season with salt, pepper and seasoning salt.
Grate half cheese on top of that.
Add remaining potatoes and do the same with cheese and seasonings.
Add the whipping cream to the top and bake for an hour and a half to two hours.
